The Finance Department has discontinued in house processing of Direct Debit for Utility payments. For the security of our customers and community, we no longer support the In-House Utility Direct Debit payments and as of May'23 we have made a significant effort to contact all internal AutoPay customers with the following methods:
- via inserts in bills
- letter mailed directly to mailing address on file
- information on our website
- information shared on KOZI and
- Social Media alerts
Our apologies if our methods to reach you were unsuccessful, Auto Pay is available on Invoice Cloud, (fees apply) linked on our home page.
