Neighborhood planning is comprehensive, in-depth planning for development in one neighborhood. The main focus of neighborhood planning will be facilitating development that will maintain neighborhood character. We will also discuss other planning issues, such as traffic and transportation improvements. City staff will ask residents and landowners to help make decisions about what will best serve the neighborhood.
