MINUTES OF 11/14/07 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

PRESENT:  Mayor Witherbee; Councilmembers Harper, Lingard, Olsen, Papé-Miller, Rodionoff and Weldy; Administrator Fonfara, Clerk Liles, Finance Director Grant, Recreation and Parks Facilities Supervisor Farris and Parks & Golf Maintenance Supervisor Don Hensley. ABSENT: Councilmember Morehouse.

At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Witherbee called to order a special meeting of the City Council to consider the Preliminary 2008 City Budget. The Stadium Fund and Parks & Recreation Fund were reviewed/discussed.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m.
